HVAC Technicians
Skills Needed:
- Industrial and Commercial HVAC (plumbing/piping) Install experience.
- Familiar with local and state code.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause and proficient repair of a wide variety of HVAC equipment such as gas and oil furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units.
- Experience with various makes and models.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant License a plus.
- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, belts, fans, coils, compressors, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Understand basic control sequences and system operations.

Industrial Electrician
Skills Needed:
- Understand the following: Electrical circuits concepts & Theory---Single, Three Phase, AC and DC Electricity---240V high leg system and wire colors---and test equipment
- Ability to: use NEC book---use test equipment---install boxes, receptacles, fixtures, BX, MC cable, Flex & install Romex, Rigid and EMT up to 2" applications
May be required to:
- Bend Conduit
- Install cable and cable trays
- Select and calculate Conductor
- Calculate Branch and Feeder Switch load
- Select & Size circuit breakers and fuse applications
- Run Large Size Pipe ( > 2")
- Rough in, device, fixture and panel connections
- Size/Select pull boxes, junction boxes, & handholes
- Size/Select/Install Motor controllers
- Load calculations for Commercial, Industrial, & Residential
- Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Pipefitter/Plumbing
Skills Needed:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in an industrial facility
- Must be able to read blueprints, schematic drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems
- Plan then install and service systems
- Install piping by measuring, cutting, fabricating, threading, soldering, and gluing pipe using hand tools and equipment
- Maintains piping by conducting operating tests; identifying and repairing problems
- Apply all codes to installations, repairs and maintenance
- Welding (mig, tig, stick) and fabrication
- Perform other duties as needed

Heavy Equipment/Concrete
Skills Needed:
- Ability to handle all aspects of concrete construction
- Operate backhoe, skid steer and power concrete tools
- Experience with underground utility work
- Industrial Rigging experience
- Knowledge of storm drainage
- Working outside in the hot/cold weather
- CDL required
