Training

• Wells Brothers has multiple field technicians who are not just trained in one area of skill, but are cross- trained in two or more skill sets within our company. In 2014, Wells Brothers instituted a training program for our employees to further their education. Wells Brothers became a NCCER accredited training facility so that our employees who wish to further their education will not have to travel, but can accomplish it right here. We feel it is important to never stop learning and to expand our knowledge so that we can become the best version of ourselves.
